Today was fun
I celebrated Hari Raya with my dad and brother today. We were out the whole day, visiting family friends, meeting up with other Malay Singaporeans and savouring food, cakes, sweets, biscuits and various traditional delicacies.
But it is sad that I have to celebrate this joyous day without my mum, sister, cousins, and other immediate family members in Singapore.

My problem with tumblr
I’m going to get a lot of shit for this but, hey, at least I’m expressing myself, which is basically the point of this post.
When I first ran into tumblr a while back I saw it as a potential way to really be able to take blogging to the next level. A cross between a social-networking website and blogspot. When I got around to finally use it was just a place for people to post pictures along with a clever or ‘deep’ caption.
